CAM035S — Wide-Head Brass Brush
At 6″ × 1″, the CAM035S carries the largest brush head in CCSi’s brass lineup, bristled at .012″ — coarser even than the CAM035H’s .011″ — on a 14″ wooden handle. This is the brush to reach for when a mold surface needs clearing across a wide area in fewer passes rather than fine detail work in a tight spot.
Rubber and plastics tooling doesn’t forgive careless cleaning habits. A wire wheel or a stiff steel brush strips material off a cavity surface just as effectively as it strips away debris, which is the entire reason a softer-metal alternative exists.
Where the smaller brushes in this range trade size for control, the S trades control for coverage — useful on production molds or larger press platens where speed matters more than precision.
Compare against the CAM035H if a slightly smaller head with a finer .011″ bristle suits your application better.
